if you ever find a vintage original scandanavian rope rocker anywhere (even on ebay)
get it. and worry about how to get it home later. for us, the 'later' part was harder than anticipated. after ringing every possible shipping agent within 50 miles of Brooklyn (where the rocker was located) we finally had to accept the fact that we couldnt afford to ship it.
after a little research with United airlines, found out that for an extra handling fee, we could check it as cargo. (3 rolls of bubble wrap later it's landed in the new nursery)
You are making me so jealous! I have to go garage sale shopping with you....maybe the luck will rub off.
