a selection of local wisconsin favorites-
set up in the dining room at camp wandawega last weekend for a visiting group of 20.

nothing says 'welcome to the dairyland' like a big fat cheese curd, ya'll!














WELCOME REFRESHMENT TABLE - TASTING MENU:

CHEESE selection: an assortment of local cheeses (cheese ball, cheese curds)
BREADS: Artisan selection from organic bakery in East Troy
BEERS: an assortment of the infamous Wisconsin beers, from New Glarus local apple cider
MEATS: venison summer sausage: (from a wandawega deer!) don’t be scared. it's amazing.
SMOKED TROUT: (local!) on toasts
WISCONSIN FUDGE: a local favorite!
FRUITS: apple holler.
PRESERVES: the farms down the road
WINE: (nothing fancy, just red & white- but who cares, it’s booze!)
