Smoked Trout and Arugula Toasts from rushing waters fishery (elkhorn, wi)

Roasted Beet, Arugula & Goat Cheese Salad

Oh my god. I can't believe I'm going to miss this one! Sounds like so much fun. Please set up shop here in Vancouver, as well.
