Last weekend at Lake Wandawega... in the name of embracing all things winter, we built and ice rink. did some tubing (yes, like it sounds- hooking a tow rope up to a four wheeler and pulling a snow tube. amazing. Helmet required. did some skating the old-fashioned way (with the strap on vintage metal skates). scary. it gave me a new appreciation for modern hockey skates for sure.
